Parrot, a technology-based court reporting firm designed to assist insurance providers and legal firms, raised $11 million in their series A financing round.

The funding round was led by Amplify Partners and XYZ Venture Capital. The CEO of Parrot is Aaron O’Brien.

Why we like it: By leveraging its proprietary AI trained specifically on legal and insurance terminology, Parrot is able to deliver highly accurate transcripts immediately following a deposition (compared to the traditional timeframe of days or weeks). This technology streamlines the deposition process and can greatly expedite case resolutions.
